The bidder shall have the ability to successfully perform the contract, and at the same time satisfy all the qualification conditions (including but not limited to) in this clause:
1. Must be registered in the People's Republic of China and have independent legal personality, and the registration period is not less than 2 years. The registered capital is not less than 30 million. It has the power to independently conclude and perform the contract.

3, bidder qualification requirements:
1) The inspection unit must have the national electric power engineering commissioning unit qualification qualification special qualification;
2) Have a Class A qualification for consulting with a national engineering unit;
3) At the same time, the performance of the secondary wind and center wind characteristics of all the burners of the single-burner single-fired burner and the performance of the cold state adjustment shall be measured.
4) At the same time, there should be a solution to the problems of supercritical once-through boilers using swirl burners, high CO emissions, uneven oxygen fields, and high-temperature corrosion of water-walls in exhaust fumes;
5) At the same time, there should be a rich 600MW and above capacity supercritical and ultra-supercritical unit combustion adjustment performance (must provide at least 3 copies of the corresponding performance of the contract), and has a wealth of adjustment experience and excellent team.
