Pursuant to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Tendering and Bidding, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Tender and Bidding Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, and good faith are entrusted by Inner Mongolia Datang International Hohhot Thermal Power Co., Ltd. For the domestic Bid-level maintenance of Unit 12 of Inner Mongolia Datang International Hohhot Thermal Power Co., Ltd., the units that meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate.

I. Project Description:

DCS is the Foxboro I/A decentralized control system. I/A decentralized control systems include: closed-loop control system (MCS), furnace safety management system (FSSS), steam turbine and boiler-side sequential control system (SCS), data acquisition and processing monitoring system (DAS), electrical side sequential control system (ECS )Wait. The hardware portion of the DCS system consists of four operator stations, an engineer station, a history station, 24 pairs of controllers, and 4 switches. At present, the overall operation status of the unit is stable, and the protection input rate reaches 100%; the automatic investment condition is good, the automatic input rate is 99%, and the instrumental perfection rate reaches 100%.

4.1 Ways to Obtain Bidding Documents: Log in, apply for the bidding document with the company's CA certificate electronic key and follow-up bids.

4.2 Bidding documents are issued: From 15 November 2016 to 17:00 pm on November 25, 2016, overdue deadlines will not be accepted. (The bid fee must be wired by the company's account, otherwise the invoice for the bid cannot be issued.)

Note: According to relevant national laws and regulations, as of October 1, 2016, bid security and bidding fees must be paid by the bidders participating in the bidding of the project in the name of the company's public account, and will not accept the payment of bid security in the name of the individual. The bidding fee shall not be paid in other units or in the name of the individual.

4.3 After the tender has adopted the post-qualification method, the bid evaluation committee will review the qualifications of the bidders after the bid opening. The bidders' bids that do not meet the requirements of the tender notice will be treated as rejected bids.
