Reasons to Purchase
After getting my first salary in life, I felt a bit like turning into a "greasy uncle" as I aged. In the past, I used to exercise regularly and play ball games. But once I entered the workplace, my body started to feel like it was declining linearly. I thought about joining a professional fitness program just to inspire myself (or maybe just to satisfy my own ego), haha!
I've been into running for a while now, watching everyone with maps and thinking that Song and Jiaming were great, but in the end, I got caught up in my own vanity. Let me slowly tell you about the whole tangled process.
First, among many brands, I ruled out Tomtom, Casio, and some messy smart sports watches like Huawei. I narrowed it down to Song and Jia Ming. Considering the functional requirements, I went for the top and sub-top models: Obiru Extension 3 Peak, Spartan Limit, and Garmin 935. Fei Nai 3/Hr and Fei Nai 5 were too expensive, so they were out immediately. Haha.
Then, even though the extension 3 Peak had very stable system functions, I followed the principle of not buying old products when new ones are available, so it was ruled out. Fly Resistance 3 and HR were also out because of the screws on the dial and the low value. That left me with the Spartan Limit and 935. Considering the 935's daily wearability (though I have no opinion on that), I finally settled on the Spartan Limit!
Of course, this sounds simple, but there was a long and complicated process behind it. I want to show you what happened and let everyone know for themselves!

Change content by touching or using the middle button on the right. It can show realistic sunrise/sunset times, battery level, moon phase (I don’t know exactly), altitude, and more.
Since it was set up indoors, there was no GPS signal, so I couldn’t see sunrise/sunset times.

Advantages and Disadvantages Summary:
Advantages:
1. Powerful! Known as the strongest outdoor all-rounder, it really is not blowing, supports over 80 types of sports! Even if we use it in daily life, it’s still amazing.
2. Color touch screen. This is the biggest upgrade from previous generations.
3. GPS/GLONASS dual-star positioning, finally no fear of getting lost outdoors.
4. Longer standby time, better suited for off-road sports!
Disadvantages:
1. No optical heart rate support. That’s a big bug, even for flagship models, it only supports basic heart rate.
2. Too powerful for casual urban sports. If you just run on the road, cycle, or go to the gym, this might be overkill. Maybe Trainer or other models would suit you better, and those also support optical heart rate.
3. The color screen isn’t that impressive. Not as colorful as the promotional images. If you're planning to buy, I recommend going to a physical store to check it out.
