Reasons to Purchase
After getting my first salary in life, I felt like I was slowly turning into a "greasy uncle" in middle age. In the past, I used to exercise regularly and play sports, but since entering the workplace, my body has been declining rapidly. I started thinking about joining a professional training program — partly to motivate myself, but mostly to satisfy my own ego, hahaha!
I've been into running for a while now. I watched others with their maps and thought Song Extension and Jiaming were great, but in the end, it turned out to be just another vanity project. The whole process was quite complicated, so let me walk you through it step by step.
First, among many brands, I ruled out Tomtom, Casio, and some chaotic smart sport watches like Huawei. I narrowed it down to Song and Jiaming. Considering the functional requirements, I went for the top and sub-top models: Obiru Extension 3 Peak, Spartan Limit, Garmin 935, Fei Nai 3/Hr. But Fei Nai 3 and 5 were too expensive, so they were out right away. Haha.
Then, the Song Extension 3 Peak had a very stable system, but I follow the rule that new products shouldn't replace old ones. The Fly Resistance 3 and HR had beautiful dials, but the screws were too tight and the quality wasn’t up to par. So I ended up with the Spartan Limit.
Of course, this is just a simplified version. The actual decision-making process was long and full of twists and turns. I want to show you how it all happened and let you see for yourself!

Unboxing, everything was well protected.
The packaging was neat. It looked like an Apple product in 1:1 size, but the color was a bit too bright. The actual effect wasn’t as good as expected. On the left and right, there were disposable seals — once opened, they couldn’t be reused. The top and bottom both showed the product model, and the back had detailed information. The product code was clearly marked, which made it look a bit more official.

Experience Feelings
It seems like the State Bank’s influence caused the boot interface to display in Chinese instead of English. That’s pretty cool.
It's a bit messy, but the interface worked fine.
Here's the setup process:

Setting up personal data.

Finally, done!

You can change the content by touching or pressing the button on the right. It shows real sunrise/sunset times, battery level, moon phase (I’m not sure what that means), and altitude information.
Since I set it up indoors, there was no GPS signal, so the sunrise and sunset times weren’t displayed.
I’ll wait a bit more to collect some exercise data and then share the full results with you.
Advantages and Disadvantages Summary:
Advantages:
1. Powerful! Known as the strongest outdoor all-rounder, it really delivers. Supports over 80 types of sports!
2. Color touchscreen. This is a major upgrade from previous generations.
3. GPS/GLONASS dual-satellite positioning. No more fear of getting lost outdoors.
4. Longer standby time, perfect for off-road activities.
Disadvantages:
1. No optical heart rate support. That’s a big issue for a flagship model — only supports basic heart rate monitoring.
2. Too many features for casual users. If you’re just doing urban running, cycling, or gym workouts, it might be overkill. Maybe a Trainer or other models would be better, and they even support optical heart rate.
3. The color screen isn’t as vibrant as advertised. If you're considering buying, it’s best to check it in person before purchasing.
