According to the personnel of Zhongshan Customs, because of the high commodity value of the lamps and the great difference in the tax refund rates of different tax codes, lawbreakers often attempt to defraud the national export tax rebates by using fake product names. Export tax rebates, which are preferential policies for the country to encourage foreign trade exports and reduce the tax burden on export companies, have been misused by lawbreakers and have directly damaged the country’s economic interests.
