The typical distribution box is equipped with a solid case that is capable of protecting the interior components from various adverse conditions, such as excessive exposure to heat or cold. The wiring and other parts that are contained in the box are usually mounted within the interior, helping to lessen the potential for the components to be damaged during any type of shifting that would otherwise create some type of abrasive action on wire coverings and other elements.
The distribution box made of ABS, PC,have good quality and good price.

Wind Pressure Relief Valve Description:
The QHF-2 type wind pressure relief valve is a critical component designed for use in both ground-based and downhole air compressor systems. It is strategically installed in the air outlet direction of the compressor's discharge pipe. To ensure optimal performance, the diameter of the relief valve must match or exceed that of the air outlet pipe. The release pressure is typically set at 1.2 to 1.4 times the maximum operational pressure of the air compressor, serving as a vital safety mechanism.
Working Principle:
This pressure relief valve comprises three main components: a cylinder, a piston assembly, and a protective cover. The cylinder features left and right flanges and is constructed by welding the cylinder block. To enhance durability and prevent rusting, the inner surface of the cylinder is hard chrome-plated. The piston assembly includes a retaining plate, an O-ring, a piston, and a rod. These components are carefully assembled and secured within the cylinder using a clamping plate to ensure stability and prevent lateral movement.
The protective cover is fabricated by welding flanges with a simplified, shielded design. Its primary function is to safeguard against accidents when the valve releases pressure, preventing the piston from flying out and ensuring operator safety. During normal operation, the system operates at pressures up to 0.785 MPa (8 kg/cm²). However, in the event of a gas explosion caused by coke or fire within the system, the temperature and pressure rise rapidly. When the pressure reaches 1.03 ± 0.049 MPa (10.5 ± 0.5 kg/cm²), the pull rod activates, triggering the release of high-pressure gas from the wind packs and pipelines to the surface. This rapid release helps mitigate shock waves and prevents catastrophic incidents.
Usage and Maintenance:
For smooth operation, the air compressor system should maintain pressures below 7.84 × 10ⵠPa (8 kg/cm²). Regular inspections are essential to ensure the integrity of the relief valve components, including the cylinder, piston, flange connections, and piping. There should be no signs of leaks, and all fasteners must remain securely tightened. Periodic maintenance is recommended to prolong the life of the valve.
Monthly checks should include assessing the tension and corrosion levels of the rod. Additionally, the O-ring seals' elasticity and sealing capability should be evaluated. Typically, the rod should be replaced every six months. If any component shows severe rusting or exhibits delayed responses under pressure, immediate replacement is advised.
