It is also worth noting that in order to reduce the thickness of ITO, it must be realized by adjusting process parameters such as gas flow rate, temperature, pressure, and the like. However, as the thickness of ITO becomes thinner and the transmittance increases, the impedance value will increase. Therefore, how to achieve balance will be a key issue.
