Robot replaces manual feeding of the first smart factory application Hubei winery

The cooperation between Wuhan Endeavour and Huawei and ChinaSoft International announced that at the 2015 HNC conference, the three parties will work together to build the industrial 4.0 ecosystem, and will jointly explore overseas markets. Yesterday, Xu Fengshui, general manager of Wuhan Endeavour, introduced the three parties to cooperate with the model of “cloud, tube and end”. ChinaSoft International is based on the “cloud” and provides cloud services and cloud computing related services; Huawei is building a “pipeline” to provide agile IoT gateways, protocols and standard network infrastructure; Wuhan Endeavour provides “terminals” to locate perceptions. The executive layer uses its expertise in robots , sensors, and sensing terminals.

Their cooperation is also considered by the industry to be an exploration of China's completely autonomous Industry 4.0 solution.

According to reports, the first smart factory solution of the tripartite cooperation will be applied to a winery in Hubei, using the upper robot to replace the manual feeding, using temperature sensors and infrared cameras to monitor the upper process to ensure uniform feeding, distillation level, The rate of alcohol production has increased. Through the attempt at the winery, it is hoped to form a replicable framework, structure, and cooperation methods to benefit various manufacturing industries.
