SimulHoc is a centerless, self-organizing network technology that enables decentralized communication without the need for a central control system. It is built upon the advanced technologies of the National Science and Technology Progress Award-winning DTMB digital TV standard from Tsinghua University. The technology eliminates the need for routing by allowing nodes to autonomously decide whether to forward signals based on received signal quality and strength. Its performance meets U.S. military standards, enabling ultra-long-distance communication without reliance on existing public or private networks.
