ACT and L light source received orders for Bhutan solar LED lighting

Japan's Advanced Capacitor Technologies (ACT) and L-Light source announced that they have received an order of US$530,000 from Bhutan, mainly for 220 sets of solar LED lighting lamps using lithium ion capacitors as storage devices, which will be installed in schools in Bhutan. , hospitals and public facilities. It is scheduled to be available from February 2011.

Bhutan will use the $530,000 purchase from the Asian Clean Energy Fund (ACEF) set up by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to purchase 150 fixed and 70 mobile solar LED lights. Solar cells are purchased locally and are not included in this order. The fixed type is equipped with a white LED with an output power of 2.3 to 4.7W and a mobile type with an output power of 1 to 1.8W. Both models use the large-capacity capacitor "Premlis A5000". Two fixed models were installed side by side, and one was installed on the mobile type. The operating voltage of the A5000 unit is 4.0 to 2.0V, and the storage capacity is 8.3Wh. In terms of the time of use at full power, the fixed type is 3 to 6 hours, and the mobile type is 4 to 7 hours.

The Bhutanese government aims to supply electricity to all its citizens. In the “10th Five-Year Plan” from 2008 to 2013, it plans to increase the domestic power supply ratio of Bhutan from the current 60% to 100%.

GPON Dual Band ONT

The definition of dual frequency band refers to the characteristic that the same communication device can work in two frequency bands. For example, a dual-band router means that it can work in 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz modes at the same time. Single frequency wireless router: It can only work in 2.4GHz mode. Its applied disciplines include communication technology (first-level discipline) and mobile communication (second-level discipline)

ONU (Optical Network Unit) optical network unit, ONU is divided into active optical network unit and passive optical network unit. Generally, devices equipped with network monitoring including optical receivers, upstream optical transmitters, and multiple bridge amplifiers are called optical nodes. The PON uses a single optical fiber to connect to the OLT, and then the OLT connects to the ONU. ONU provides services such as data, IPTV (i.e. interactive network television), and voice (using IAD, i.e. Integrated Access Device), truly realizing "triple-play" applications. The ONU has two functions: it selectively receives the broadcast sent by the OLT, and responds to the OLT if the data needs to be received; collects and buffers the Ethernet data that the user needs to send, and sends it to the OLT according to the assigned sending window The end sends the buffered data. The application of ONU can effectively improve the uplink bandwidth utilization of the entire system, and it can also configure the channel bandwidth according to the network application environment and applicable service characteristics to carry as many end users as possible without affecting the communication efficiency and communication quality, and improve the network utilization Rate and reduce user costs.
