Appreciation of the winners of the Cree Cup Chinese University LED Competition (Photo)

Cree Cup China University LED Contest is the finalist of the first Cree Cup China University LED Lighting Design and Innovation Competition co-sponsored by China Lighting Association and Cree. Since the official launch of the competition, more than 800 students (teams) from nearly 100 colleges and universities across the country, including Taiwan Province, have signed up to participate. A total of 50 works were selected for the finals in the preliminary selection; finally, the final judging panel was judged by a professional judging panel composed of experts and scholars in related fields.

According to experts from the judging panel, the original intention of this competition is to strengthen the hands-on ability of college students and help them cultivate the concept of green environmental protection. In addition to the novel ideas, the final winning works have strong practicality and operability. As a strategic emerging industry, LED lighting, in addition to its huge advantages in energy conservation and environmental protection, will also bring a new experience to human life.
