A tea and coffee manufacturer with a business scope covering more than 80 countries around the world is faced with a major problem: when the coffee in the grinder is transported to the filter screen, it must be shut down after each pulverization cycle, and the output of the grinder is heavy. The coffee pouch is transported 9m vertically (equivalent to the height of a three-story building) and 5m horizontally. The whole process is time-consuming and laborious, and the staff is miserable.

In the past, this company produced only one type of coffee. Therefore, Piab's solution was to equip each grinder with a piFLOW®p vacuum conveyor. As the business grows and expands, each grinder needs to grind two types of coffee, so the company is equipped with two vacuum conveyors for each grinder, and each conveyor is responsible for conveying one type of coffee To the corresponding crushing sieve.

In this application, we use the piFLOW®p vacuum conveyor, the specific configuration is P.VC2.P4.38.7.F.EP.QSS.0.FR.

In addition, we also provided a piPREMIUM 400 vacuum generator, corresponding wall mounts, two DN 50 pinch valves, a Vortex valve (a special two-way split valve) and a feed station.
