For the debugging of the variable frequency speed control system, the law of “first no-load debugging, then loading and debugging” should be followed.
The no-load debugging of the frequency conversion system is mainly to observe the working condition of the inverter after the motor is equipped, and to calibrate the rotation direction of the motor. The debugging steps are as follows:
1) Connect the motor to the output end of the inverter, but disconnect the motor from the load and connect the power supply to observe if there is any abnormality.
2) First adopt the keyboard no-load mode, set the frequency to 0, start the inverter, slightly increase the working frequency, observe the motor's starting condition, and whether the rotation direction is correct. If the direction is reversed, correct it.
3) Raise the frequency to the rated frequency and let the motor run for a while. If everything is ok, select a few common operating frequencies and let the motor run for a while.
4) Suddenly reduce the given frequency signal to 0 (or press the stop button) to observe the braking condition of the motor.
5) Connect the external input control line, switch to the remote control mode, test one by one, check the execution status of each external control function, and observe whether the output frequency of the inverter matches the remote reference value.
