The field effect therapeutic instrument introduced in this example is a eddy current electric field, alternating electric field, eddy current electric field and infrared radiation induced by the mutual inductance of the low frequency current and magnetic flux leakage in the body to treat diseases such as shoulder periarthritis and lumbar muscle strain. Circuit working principle The field effect therapeutic instrument has a simple circuit structure, consisting of a fuse FU, a power transformer T, a power switch Sl, a voltage regulating switch S2, a current limiting resistor R, a power indicating LED VL and a field effect band, as shown in the figure. 9-26.

When the power switch is turned on, the power indicator VL lights up. At the same time, an induced voltage is generated on the secondary winding of the power transformer T. The nuclear voltage is applied to the field effect band to produce an alternating magnetic field, a eddy current magnetic field, and infrared light. When used, the field effect band is folded and applied to the patient's painful part, and the treatment can be performed. The field effect band has an operating temperature of 40-60f.
By adjusting S2, the operating voltage applied to the field effect band (the voltage has 36 steps of 36V, 27V, and 21V) can be changed to change the operating temperature of the field effect band.
Component selection and production
R selects 1/4W carbon membrane resistor for use.
VL selects red LED of φ3mm for use.
Sl selects 3A, 250V RS series power switch; S2 selects SS series three-speed toggle switch.
T selects the buck power transformer with power of 25V and secondary voltage of 36V (removing 27V and 2lV voltages). It can also be made of 19mmx28mm core. The primary winding is wound with φO.l9mm enamelled wire 1540匝, twice. The windings were wound with φ0.51 mm of enamel wire around 252 匝, and each of the 147 匝 and 189 抽 was tapped.
The field effect belt can be made of enameled wire, plastic tape and insulation cloth bag. The enameled wire is made of high-strength enameled wire of φO.l5mm, with a length of about 5Om DC resistance of about 5OΩ. The plastic strip is made of φ3mm and heat-resistant PVC material with a length of about 6m. It can also be replaced by a plastic wire with a cotton yarn braided protective layer. When winding, one end of the plastic belt can be fixed first, and the enameled wire is wound around the plastic belt one turn, and the total number of turns is about 500 匝. The plastic tape wrapped around the enameled wire is then sewn to a bag of 60Omm in length and about 12Omm in width (made of two layers of thicker corduroy). You can use the sewing machine to sew 9 lines on the bag, and then put the plastic tape around the enameled wire into the big bag (see Figure 9-26b).
